With Blockchain week kicking off in New York City this week, cryptocurrency markets have been given a bit of a shakeout.

If you had a weak hand going into this week, then you were undoubtably knocked out of your position as a new wave of Mt Gox and Korean driven FUD swept the market.

But you would have seen in my latest cryptocurrency weekly market preview, featuring big daddy Bitcoin, that I’ve been eyeing this level for the pullback to make my year:

BTC/USD Daily

Just look at where Bitcoin saw buyers came in. Yep, just a few pips above the zone.

If this is in fact the higher time frame bounce I’ve been waiting for, I will be smashing the first retest of short term previous resistance turned support, that I see.

Maybe something like this will play out:

This shakeout is predictable and a good thing, people. Relax and buy the dip.
